ModeratePro ("we", "us") provides AI-powered comment moderation for Instagram. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash.
- Instagram data: your IG Business/Creator user ID, username, the Facebook Page linked to it, an access token, and the comments posted on your media.
- Moderation data: AI verdicts, categories, and any manual overrides you make.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We never see your card details.
2. How we use it
- To classify comments on your Instagram posts and hide those that violate your configured rules.
- To show you a moderation log inside the dashboard.
- To process subscription billing and prevent abuse.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (Lovable Cloud for storage and auth, Lovable AI / model providers for classification, Razorpay for billing).
4. Retention
Comment and moderation data is retained for 12 months and then deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@moderateig.app.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may disconnect Instagram or close your account at any time from the dashboard.
