By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ModeratePro is an automated moderation tool that classifies and hides comments on your Instagram posts using AI. You remain solely responsible for the content posted on your account and for compliance with Meta's Platform Policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and the legal owner or authorized operator of the Instagram account you connect.

3. Subscription & billing

Plan: ₹99/month, billed monthly via Razorpay after a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ModeratePro to suppress lawful speech in violation of applicable laws, to silence whistleblowers, or to manipulate elections. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI classification is probabilistic and may make mistakes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from hidden or visible comments.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination we delete your data within 30 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
