Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds

Because the service is consumed continuously throughout each billing month, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except in the following cases:

• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same period.
• The service was completely unavailable to you for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure.

To request a refund under these conditions, email support@moderateig.app within 14 days of the charge with your invoice number.
